SHRIMP FEED MACHINERY PLANT MANUFACTURER

01

RAW MATERIAL RECEIVING AND CLEANING

The raw materials for shrimp feed formulation, including straw meal, soybean cake, peanut cake, corn protein powder, rice bran, wheat bran, minerals, vitamins, lecithin oil, fish oil and fish meal. Each ingredient is chosen based on the specific requirements of shrimp nutrition.

INTAKE & CLEANING

Raw materials are introduced into a dumping hopper, adhering to set batch size and formulation. Within our auto batching plant, these materials reside in separate bins and are weighed via bin dischargers in a weigh hopper, aligning with the formula. To assure product purity, batches undergo magnetization for ferrous impurity extraction, plus jute twine remover for jute and plastic string elimination.

PRE-GRINDING AND MIXING

Following cleaning, batches are stored in a pre-grinding hopper. Batch tracking ensures separate entry into the hammer mill through a VFD-operated feeder, avoiding mixing. Initial grinding yields 700-1000 micron particles. For finer shrimp feed, a secondary mixing uses a ribbon-type mixer before 3-5 min of blending, adding essential oils. This precise process yields < 5% variation in sampling, ensuring a homogeneous mixture.

FINE GRINDING

Following the mixing process, the batch undergoes another grinding stage to achieve an even finer powder with a particle size of about 250-400 microns.

CONDITIONING, EXTRUSION, SHAPING

In the pelletizing section, we introduce wet steam to condition the material, enhancing the pellet quality and the operating characteristics of the pellet mill. The feed is thoroughly conditioned, increasing its moisture content to above 16%. After conditioning, the feed is pelleted and undergoes post-conditioning.

DRYING

Depending on the desired moisture level for the final product, a drying step may be employed to remove excess water and restore the feed to a stable moisture condition. Drying becomes necessary when achieving the desired moisture content cannot be achieved through the cooling process alone.

07

COOLING, CRUMBLING AND SCREENING

The pellets from the pellet mill are cooled in a cooler and then crumbled into smaller crumbs suitable for the specific shrimp feed type being produced. The crumbs are then screened to ensure consistent product quality. Larger crumbs are sent through the crumbler again, while fines are directed for reprocessing.

SCREENING & PACKAGING

We screen the pellets and crumbs using a vibratory sieve to ensure the product is the correct size. The final product is stored, weighed, and securely packaged for distribution. At Cremach, we manufacture advanced shrimp feed machinery for optimal nutrition and performance, ensuring healthy shrimp growth and development.
